Yeah actually. Right Now with NV for Biden, he just needs to win Wisconsin and 1 more state, which is actually possible. If he loses NV though it becomes harder he'll need Wisconsin and 2 more states.

It refers to the idea that the Democrats will stuff the ballot boxes with mail-ins and more. This referencing past tendencies of their party to do this and the fact that voting rather curiously stopped until just recently. It's a conspiracy theory that will drive this shit to the court room.

So. You send your vote in, it's tallied. They know you've voted. You vote in person and or on election day, it's tallied, they know you voted.
I guess hypothetically from that you can generate a bunch of ballots for people that haven't voted, fill them in and "find them".
There's also the fact that we don't, not does any country, manually check by hand to ensure there aren't duplicate ballots etc. There's spot checks and chain of custody on ballot papers, supposedly, but if you're willing to think that Obama was ordering child slaves to the white house using cheese pizza as a code, it's not too far to imagine that some local schlomo count officer can be bribed to turn their eyes away from fraud

Ballots are only sent to the people who requested them, and they have to be posted at a certain date. Thereby you know exactly how many you're supposed to have, and they can't start showing up after the polls are closed.
Now they've shotgunned it towards every citizen, even the recently deceased, and opened up for votes showing up 72 hours after polls closed
