Well the people who were betting this election would be 2016 all over again have certainly made bank.
As it stands if Joe flips Michigan he's won.

actually finishing a presidents term counts as one of yours
Depends on how much of the term he finishes, 2 years is the cutoff. No it doesn't.
That sounds like a great comedy movie but I'd rather not live through it.There is one ray of joy to a tie scenario: House picks the president and Senate picks the VP, which means that we are unironically in a timeline where we might get Biden/Trump 2020: Make Fistfights in the Oval Office Great Again.
It's almost like I said "2 years" for a reason.Depends on how much of the term he finishes, 2 years is the cutoff.
Also, it's apparently not a straight vote, but rather a "per state" vote, so odds are a tie would probably just end up with Trump/Pence anyway.
How does Trump win in that scenario exactly? That would be salvation, and much easier to resolve than what we're dealing with now.
Trump wins in that scenario, plain and simple.
@Null can you please get rid of the moon? I can't use shit on this site right now.
PA - if 3 million mail in ballots are Biden... lol... that's going to SCOTUS - it's about 89% counted atm and they've counted 5.4m votes. That's a little off.
What happened in Wisconsin?
Last time I checked, the only substantial amount of remaining votes was in Brown County (assuming the FoxNews map was accurate), now Biden expanded his lead?
Where did that come from?
House decides, but with one vote per state. How does Trump win in that scenario exactly?
On the record? Technicalities with ballots. So if Trump takes it to SCOTUS, how should he frame his argument to SCOTUS in order to get a win there?
Not sure what this means.

In a normal year, Trump would have been able to challenge mail-in voting.its sort of fucked that i was right. But let's be honest, we all knew this exact thing would happen the last two years, Trump should have prepared for fuckery. We all know they'll declare Biden the winner in electoral votes through fraud, and regardless of if the supreme court overturns the votes or not (they won't there will be 2 turn coats) he's going to be considered as a guy that cheated the election. its not 2000 where the newspapers weren't willing to declare a winner. this is 100% them fucking the election. They've been whining about a 'red mirage' the last 2 weeks after ACB got in.
They want Trump to be forever the ursper,
Again, I doubt every single mail-in vote was for Biden. But with fucking COVID, man ... Politically, that puts a person between a rock and a hard place.
