No. The problem with any sort of conservative guerrilla war is fourfold:
1. Since the Civil War, US military staff have been carefully screen and educated to unconditionally support the Federal Government. This is half of why Patton was basically forced to retire - not because he wanted to rebel, but because he didn’t toe the line and was openly loyal only to military victory and not to Washington geopolitical interests, such as allowing the British to attempt Market Garden and as a result squandered the allied initiative in ‘44. Modern generals know to whole heartedly agree to any absurd strategy the politicians desire - be it invading Iraq or having the US Navy transition to “carbon neutral” aircraft carriers. Those who would dispute such things are never promoted past Colonel.
2. Every right wing organization is either a honeypot or heavily infiltrated. Any attempt to organize more than a dozen individuals WILL result in one of your group - who was normally very reluctant to engage in any physical violence - suddenly saying he knows this bomb maker or start suggesting the kidnapping of a politician for no real strategic purpose. Glowniggers glow for a reason.
3. Logistics and finances, all of which can be traced and shut down unless the money is laundered through churches or businesses - which the IRA used to do through Irish-American donors and Muslim terrorists currently do through “almsgiving”. That won’t be possible in America because of point 2.
4. Most lone wolves seem to be a bunch of narcissistic morons. If you’re going to go commit terrorism while avoiding points 2 and 3; you don’t stream it, you don’t post about it on 4chan, and you don’t fucking talk about it to your friends/family. But that’s what usually happens, because these sorts of people don’t want political change; they want external validation OR revenge. They want it to be loud and they want the people alive afterward to know it was them. And while that does make for a very good Post-Columbine death cult - what many observers call “a slow motion riot over decades” - it’s not a political revolution, it’s a personal one.

Looks like Trump is going to keep AZ, and if he does, Biden's not having a good day today.
If Trump does keep them from stealing this, a major agenda of his second term MUST be fully investigating all voter fraud AND election reform to prevent these fuckers from trying this again.
