US Instances of Voter Fraud (Megathread?) - Probably a good idea to have a thread on this given how often it's discussed and will continue to be discussed even after November.

Is mail in voting autistic?

Lol they will in their fuck scan ballots when the machines are back up.

How the fuck the global unipolar power can have such shoddily run elections, I really don't know.

Heads need to roll in these states. It's either fraud or incompetent but if course I expect nothing to happen

More trouble in PA:

Republicans in battleground Pennsylvania sue over balloting near Philadelphia

A Republican congressional candidate in Pennsylvania on Tuesday sued election officials in a suburban Philadelphia county, accusing them of illegally counting mail-in ballots early and giving voters who submitted defective ballots a chance to re-vote.

The lawsuit against Montgomery County officials was filed by Kathy Barnette, who is seeking a House seat in Pennsylvania’s 4th Congressional district, and Clay Breece, chairman of the Republican Committee in neighboring Berks County.

They are seeking to block county officials from letting voters change defective ballots, and to have mail-in ballots that are defective or have been changed be deemed “spoiled,” meaning they would not be counted.

Pennsylvania state law forbids votes from being tabulated before 7 a.m. on Election Day.

Another Republican poll watcher reportedly kept out of a polling station by a Biden supporter in Philadelphia.

A Democratic committeewoman in north Philly wearing a Biden mask not letting certified Republican poll watchers into a polling place... She ends with "that rule ain't worth being followed" when someone says they should be allowed inside.

The video showing the Republican poll worker from Philadelphia being refused entry may be part of a bigger trend.

From today's Detroit Free Press (emphasis mine):
Although it has been routine for the Justice Department in the past to monitor, the head of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law questioned the department's motives in a scathing statement.

“Under this administration, we have seen virtually no enforcement of the Voting Rights Act and little action, if any at all, to protect and safeguard the rights of Black voters and voters of color. This plan appears to be nothing but a thinly veiled effort to deploy federal government personnel to communities in so-called ‘battleground states,' " said Kristen Clarke, president and executive director of the national civil rights organization.

"We condemn this plan and urge officials to refuse to provide voluntary access inside polling places or to vote counting processing to officials given the politicized nature of the Justice Department’s work. Given Attorney General Barr’s recent efforts to weaponize the Justice Department during the middle of a presidential election, federal presence at the polls stands to threaten the integrity and neutrality of the electoral process.”

TL;DR - Some civil rights lawyer's group feels the Federal monitoring process is too partisan and is encouraging polling places to deny voluntary access to those monitors.

IANAL, so my question would be if it's legal to deny access to monitors. Would monitors refused access then have a reasonable suspicion that someting supicious is happening at that voting site?

Even if it's legal it's still a shitty, scummy, and shady thing to do and doesn't look good at all.

Supreme court is going to decide this election for sure. Who knows when. My hope is ACB turning the tide against Roberts means they will toss out most of the 4am magic ballots, but you never know. What is guaranteed is the election spergout will continue into December.
