except history is circular, and if you don't watch out at some point you'll end up in your ass again (and the thing with dems is they never do). they can memory hole all they want, what they can't is prevent the inevitable effects. because the thing is, if you're the unopposed king you're also the dude responsible for all the shit that's happening, and that kind of rot will affect economy, society etc one way or another, same way blatant voting fraud is.

I mentioned it in another thread, but lets say biden wins - then what? sure, the world won't end in january, but the world also won't stop being shit all of a sudden with a dem potus. who are the people that screeched about cheeto hitler for years gonna blame now? their grandpa savior or queen kamala? MSM? themselves? what if they suddenly notice there's no outlet to express opinions that go against the narrative (although has history has shown most will just kowtow)?

same way people banned from social media won't stop existing (and being "toxic" in their echo chamber), getting drumpf out of the white house won't magically turn the world into a liberal utopia, which they spent the last years to make themselves believe very hard. that kind of blowback could cost the dems harder than just taking the L.

To be fair this took place when DNA was still in infancy, and it wasn't widely known/understood to the public.

Though as we know it would not have mattered anyway, since the jury was out for revenge.

If Trump gets ratfucked, expect the GOP to concede anyway. They've shown little fighting spirit.

Fact is, the average GOPe figure is a Never-Trumper with more career savvy; Trump dragged them kicking and screaming. He made them promise things to people who aren't frequent flyers to Little St. James and they never liked that. Most would be perfectly content with a scenario where Trump loses and they run Nikki Haley or whatever shill on a platform of tax cuts and amnesty for liberal elites/bomb Turkmenistan for Israel/Dems r real transphobes, just like the plan was for a Hillary win in 2016.

If the fix is in, let's be honest about who was in on it.

Definitely - when they got rid of the filibuster, they couldn't comprehend how it would backfire. If the voter fraud issue isn't resolved, well two can play at the ballot harvesting game. Maybe rural counties will start having 300% turnout.

They will blame Cheeto Hitler all the same. It's the Bush Jr defence Obama played. I inherited a mess, so any fuckups can be pointed back at Trump's presidency, it's not my fault, it's what he's done in the past 4 years.

Which is why if he loses because of ratfucking, the GOP and Republicans will be done for a decade or two at least. There are too many of these "principled career conservatives" who will bend the knee and try to portray themselves as "principled" people. I don't think Americans have the appetite for someone like that anymore representing the GOP, they will want someone with grit who will fight tooth and nail against the opposition (ie. Trump). They will probably be in a quagmire for 20+ years as they serve up soft serve candidates who engage in Never-Trumper styled tactics that belong in the history books with Romney and McCain. If they put someone up like that, I certainly wouldn't be interested in supporting them, or really be interested in American politics much at all.

They're going to continue blaming Orange Man Bad for the next 4 years, just like how they continued blaming Bush (not that he wasn't pretty shit himself all things considered, but I do feel like he can hardly be blamed for some of the things that were already established well before his own presidency) during Obama's two terms.

TDS definitely isn't going away if Biden ends up securing the presidency for sure.
