Every demographic group except white men went more for Trump this time, something like a 5 or 6% drop in the white male vote. Even support among LGBT more than doubled. I am wondering if maybe those white men who didn't vote Trump this time only voted for him in 2016 because they just didn't want to vote for a woman, but since this time the opposition was another white man, they would rather vote Biden.

Regardless of who wins at this point, the lessons have been taught and ingrained. If you don't currently agree with the president and politics, sabatoge, burn, loot, destroy, then pin it on him and his supporters. I was seriously expecting a Trump landslide which would have sent the message that all that shit doesn't work here, but in reality the flip just happened. This election was the end of civil US politics, which long term will doom the country with business fleeing and never returning.

The lesson is concentrate on your base and not waste time crowing about black unemployment. They aren't voting for you anyway.

If Biden wins Nevada, Wisconsin, and Michigan, he will win by exactly 270 votes; Trump will lose at 268 votes, only a 2 point difference.

Yeah my hope at this point is that Trump picks up Nevada or flips Michigan, although I also like the idea of collecting salt with ACB acting as a tie breaker in the courts.

I feel like people in this thread overestimated how much boomere blame drumpf for covid, how many people just straight up hate him irrationally or otherwise, and how many shy trump voters there was. Add to that the extended period you had to vote this year with mail in ballots and of course you're going to see a major uptick in votes.

I think a lot of boomer swing votes going blue are people being guilted by their children or grand children. Also it's hilarious we have people like Cenk Uygur and his crew claiming big wins for Biden like flipping Texas and Democrats going +5 in the senate, Cenk was repeatedly claiming that shy Trump voters are a myth made up by Trafalgar.

I'm not sure how people aren't seeing more shenanigans in this election than any previous US election.
North Carolina just announced that it won't finish counting until the 12th, and it looks like some of the other ongoing swing states will be the same. If it was like the 2016 election with results in, Trump losing, Biden winning, then people wouldn't be up in arms. Thats not whats happening with this election, and many people have seen this coming, with Trump being ahead on election night and Biden slowly getting just enough votes to win the presidency over the next couple days.
