Yes, he is. His mother was grossly overweight as is his sister. He comes from a family of very fat women but Jen is definitely the prize fat in his collection.

Yikes. Mommy issues! It'll be almost 2 years since her death soon. He wrote a "1 year since you passed" message to her on his community tab, 8 months ago -- still probably grieving ; plus Jen has those major daddy issues. Just more crap to add onto their list of nightmarish co-dependencies

I'm pretty sure his mom was fat. Not sure if she was a death fat, but iirc, they talked about it in an early video. I think his mom and possibly, his sister.

I can’t say for sure that Jens new channel direction will fail, but the only consistency she’s shown historically was this Halloween week (if you dismiss that one day) and getting fatter.

The was Jen eats is revolting. Chantal and Amber open their gaping maws and shove crap in until it touches their tonsils. Jen eats like a baby and food barely passes her lips before she starts gumming it in a weird circular motion and it's almost like she's eating at half-speed. She eats even slower when she looks directly at the camera. Totally bizarre.

, it does have a outsize effect on what one becomes sexually attracted too. Everyone always jokes about black men being attracted to larger ladies, but that has much to do with larger women being more prevalent in the black community and raising these men.
This might change with coming generation as internet, TV, video games and other outlets offer more visual options for little brains. But for many years growing up meant mostly looking at the bodies of the humans in your household and being molded by that.
If Gene has fat women around in his formative years he may like super morbid obese women. I think he def likes the leverage and control a woman being nearly immobile due to obesity, isolated and lonely gives him. Bonus that the govt picks up the tab too! (He might be expected to support or contribute in a relationship with a normal woman, but he gets to leech off an SSI fatty and spend his own money on booze.)
