Knowing someone who did work the polls, I'll tell you this. Nothing shady happened at the polls themselves. What's happening is the counting process for the absentee ballots. To my knowledge they can only be counted in batches of about five because there's a verification process that must be done to match signatures as well as some key states having and only being able to count them day of, (WI, PA, etc)

If you feel slighted by this, this time around. Do your research. Become active in your local politics and also be prepared for next mid-term or even next election. I know I did my studying and so did my friends and honestly that's why I'm not freaking as much as I would otherwise.

Even if you don't get your hands dirty, having a swath of knowledge on these subjects is just a good idea in general for everyday things. I used my recent knowledge to help quite a few friends even learn how to vote, which also in turn also helped me help people teach people who had never voted at work before too.

It's just a good thing to learn because not everyone knows where to look up information on propositions and proposals every voting season. And honestly, it's everyone's right to have that knowledge.

The media and big tech still control the minds of many people(left and right). They will get media companies to call it for Biden and then surpress anything dissenting from that view. One of the other things that has been sad for me is the absolute level of proof that the left demands. For example, when Joe Rogan was forced to apologize because he "incorrectly" stated that Antifa was setting fires in Oregon. Keep in mind, several people had already been arrested for arson; I believe at least one of which was proven to be Antifa. But because the others weren't "officially" Antifa, they accused Rogan of lying. They just believed everything that Antifa believed, but they weren't IN Antifa.

It's like my favorite Politifact, where Trump was lying about Biden's policy on fracking because Trump quoted Biden, and Biden misspoke on his own policy. Therefore Trump was lying.

It's also hard when even when I somehow overcome that burden of proof, they just say "Fox talking point" and claim victory.

I post information directly from the CDC on COVID and they just claim that the CDC is in Trump's pocket and I need to be better informed.

Personally, I think it might be the closeness of it. They were expecting either a decisive victory they could rub in everyone's faces, or a decisive defeat that they could rage about for four more years. As it is now, it's still not a definitive victory and even if it ends up being one, it's still too close for comfort.
