Well, yeah. I am just saying, worst case scenario, I hope Vic doesn't have any out-of-pocket expenses. And unless they raise the fees Chupp awarded, I think he should be covered by the GFM. Maybe the Salvation Army will still get some of it. The main variable is Ty. I hope Ty doesn't screw him on his end. We are not entitled to know their fee arrangement, after all.
From the very beginning, this was a tale of a man who got fucked by people he considered his friends. My heart would break if that kept being the case.

Assuming worst time line of 0-17, Vic might still have to pay out of pocket. The GFM goes to an IOLTA that Beard & Harris, and only Beard & Harris, can bill against.
If there's a judgment against him he has to cover that himself.
Alternatively he can pull an Akila Hughes and crowd fund a judgment.

I would think the IOLTA can be disgorged at some point. I think they have to have that capability in order to satisfy the possibility of a donation to the Salvation Army. The only other way I think it could be done is if BHBH makes the donation themselves, and then reimburses themselves from the IOLTA.
Really, my underlying point here is that I hope that Vic does not have to pay Ty Beard out of pocket. That's all. His fans did this so he doesn't have to.

And the Salvation Army is a residuary beneficiary. They don't get to just keep it. I have no idea what the actual terms are, they could very well allow them to cover any costs remotely associated with the case including fees.
