If you actually read the screen you can see that these are manually entered voters, probably late registrants missing from the system but who had valid ID / proof of address / etc.

If you then look up the guy who has been doxed in the photo you can see he was born in 1966.

Causing a scene and threatening to dox random voters is probably why the guy was kicked out.
