Here's some actual "big if true" stuff in terms of possible election fraud, Biden's numbers in Milwaukee don't follow Benford's law. This model has been used as evidence of voter fraud before (e.g. 2009 Iran elections), though keep in mind its usefulness is a matter of debate.

Most of the debate about the relevance of Benford's Law is about the statistical requirements not being met.

I will just show my source. The Taiwanese official 苏起 quoted a Robert Work who is a former Assistant Secretary of Defense. Work says that they have run simulations of an armed confrontation between the US and China over Taiwan 18 times. China won all 18.
