Look at all this censorship.

No matter what happens, it's safe to say that Trump looks to have no plans of conceding anytime soon.

In a legal sense, take note of the language that both candidates are using. Trump is decidedly and firmly stating that "He won," whereas Biden's statements have been something along the lines of "we feel good" and "we'll win IF all of the votes are counted."

Does this mean anything? I guess we'll see. All I know is that as the more information comes out, the more I am convinced that voter fraud is indeed taking place and that Trump keeps getting more evidence to prove it once taken to the SCOTUS. The longer it takes for these states the count, the more damning it looks.
AZ, NV, GA, and NC should all be counted by now. Also, all county recorders responsible for putting the electoral process in jeopardy need to be deposed, barred from politics forever, and jailed for life. What they are doing is treasonous and should be treated as such.

In Italy, the banana republic of western Europe, anyone who wants to vote MUST show a valid ID (expired ones don't count) and get their "voting passport" stamped. Public offices can issue an emergency replacement for the latter.
Every polling station is monitored by police officers non-stop, while polling volunteers cross-check your residence to see if you're actually entitled to vote there, if at all. If you don't show up at a polling station within reasonable time before closing you get turned away.
But of course lol Italy Berlusconi mafia pizza mandolins lololol.

Here in Germany the ballot counting/vote counting is public, every citizen has the right to watch it.
We vote traditionally on a Sunday and the polling stations close at 20.00 hrs, after that no more vote in the stations and all votes recieved at that day after 20.00hrs as mail-in/absentee vote are invalid.
TBH, if someone misses the voting in person or by properly sending it via mail (vote ballots are postage free) is just a lazy cunt. Alternatively you can also go to your Citizens Registration Office/City Hall and deliver your mail-in vote or absentee vote in person.

Well since we are comparing:

Voting goes by ID. You are asigned a specific table based on it. If you can't go to said table you can ask beforehand to be moved to another one (for people who live outside of where they are "empadronados" (registered as citizens) but inside the nation) by telling them what municipality you live at (following official paperwork), or can ask for mail votes if you live outside of the country. The mail votes have to be sent before a specific day (before the election) but are indeed counted after regular votes (the next day) mostly because foreign post is bullshit. And yes, we have had issues with mail vote fraud as mentioned before, although with time shit's been getting harder.

Vote counting is public and there are official observers ("interventores") sent by each party. The interventores have voice but no vote. That means they can ask to be handed the ballots/books/etc, just like every other member of the table but for obvious reasons can't be the ones to mark down what the votes say (they can take whatever notes they please just not be the one taking the official tally... you know because of blatant bias) as for members of the general public, they can pretty much come and go as they please and record what they want so long as they don't interrupt the table. For obvious reasons if you try to interrupt the count or touch the ballots the cops will be arresting you for ellection interference, talking is permited so long as you're not actively being a twat or trying something funny.

And even then we've had misterious bags of votes (admittedly mostly due to mail voting) coming outta nowhere in the past!

And yes, when the Dems made that post saying "poll watching isn't public, not everyone can be an observer" I. Was. Livid. If poll watching isn't public something's really fucked up with the whole process.

William Bradley is freaking baller. Chugging along since March of 1902 in Michigan's 48207 zone and ready to send his absentee ballot to own the Orange Badman.

And if he has any more juice left in him for the next four years, he can vote for President Kamala!

I don't understand why Michigan's secretary of state refuses to acknowledge such an extraordinary individual, though.

Oh, and despite the fact that felt-tip pens and Sharpies bleed through paper and the convention is to use blue or black pens, they're apparently good for ballots in Maricopa County, AZ, because they dry faster than a ballpoint pen. Oh, what's that? Ballpoint pens take absolutely no time to dry? You remember when you forgot to cap your ballpoint pen for a few hours and you had to go as far as fellating it to get ink out of it again? Ballpoint pens are cheaper than Sharpies and there's absolutely no reason why someone would have to be given a Sharpie?

I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear any of that and act like you're complaining about black Sharpie ink not being black.

I generally agree with you, but we’re on dangerous ground. Trump has to come out strong in declaring and contesting states because once that fucking bar fills up past 270 for Biden, even if it’s from bullshit media calls on the Google homepage, Trump is immediately going to have an uphill battle for legitimacy in the eyes of normie America.

Case in point, I had a friend text me an electoral map and ask me what was going on. I had to point out where there were lawsuits, and recounts pending and states calls had been retracted but not updated on that particular map. She went along with it, but not everyone has an angry, engaged autist like me in their life.

That’s the purpose for these lawsuits coming out immediately; it makes the networks hesitant to call if things are stalled or unclear, regardless of voting reports.

I agree entirely. These people are tearing down the foundation of what makes this nation free.

Sadly, though, considering how cynical and jaded that I am at this point, I don't think that anybody is going to jail over it. None of these people ever end up in jail. Le sigh ...

To say that my faith in the democratic process has been deteriorated into almost nothingness is an understatement. As I've stated before, I would have much preferred an early election night with Biden announced as the decided winner because America just legitimately hates Trump that much. Would I have been disappointed with this result? Of fucking course, but at least I'd still have at least SOME faith in our election process.

No matter what the results are at this point, my heart weeps for this country-- a country that I have always LOVED no matter who was in leadership.

I think it’s about time the US adopt some of Europe’s rules with view counting from citizens and mandatory voter ID. If Europe can do it, the US can too. Even places like India have mandatory voter ID. Anyone against voter ID at this point supports criminal behavior.

Just sayin'.

I hope Jack is proud of himself for censoring the president like this. If Trump wins at the end of all of this, he has plenty of proof to declare Twitter a publisher, especially with things surrounding the election. Also, Trump should consider a different platform after this and make Twitter lose revenue big time for it.
The more the election results are delayed, the less I see Biden actually winning the election.

It's obvious why AZ, PA, GA, NC, and NV are all delaying their counting as much as possible. Trump has likely won all of those states. Florida was the most open state and Trump had obviously won by ~6 on election day (called at 8 tho). With the massive amount of scrutiny now on their counting stations, they can't safely manufacture enough votes to overcome Trump.

Remember when Nevada was going to make an official call at 9 last night, then noon today? The keep delaying because they have a bunch of Trump ballots that need to disappear. And this is BEFORE any recounts.

I'm starting to suspect that they can't stop a Trump victory even with their blatant cheating. Which will suck for them because Trump doesn't need very many mail-in ballots to be invalidated before states start flipping. I believe the "plan" was to call the election for Biden and if they lose in court, they accuse Trump of steeling the election. This is Saturday morning cartoon villain levels of incompetence.

Hell, I would be happy with just having the requirement to show any photo ID at this point.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I have never had to show a document to prove that I am me before voting. Just say my name, birthday, and address, and I'm good to go! What's to stop literally anyone from saying my name and address to take my vote from me? Nothing!
