I just got told by a friend that there have always been need for multiple post-election day counting in elections, ever since the 90s, and that it's not right for someone (like Trump) to declare themselves the winner or try to stop the votes before they are all counted, despite any fraudulent activities regarding the ballots themselves. According to him, Trump should wait for all the ballots to be counted before doing anything regarding them,

Then again, I live in California, in Los Angeles County. Either way, looks like the narrative spinning is working on at least some people.

The federal government isn't handing out election ballots except to citizens overseas or working for the government outside their home state and shit like that. Hell I dunno maybe their state government handles them too in the end. Their ballots do get sent to their state for counting
