It's currently handled on a state-by-state basis: the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution states that any power not explicitly vested in the Congress is the states' problem. States that aren't run by shitheads tend to have ID laws, but guess which ones are run by shitheads?

Yeah, it's probably time that we made voter ID an Amendment.

All of these new ballots can be challenged by the courts. This fraud is very sloppy and I’m pretty sure that those ballots would be of the following:
  • Some dead person
  • A ballot with no identification and no address to be seen
  • A ballot that was turned in after the election, but retroactively postmarked to seem legitimate
  • Someone that doesn’t even exist

Decided to take a little break from constant lurking this thread and take a look at Etsy to take my mind off things. Top recommended items are shitty “I Voted!” pins and retarded TDS prints. It’s showing more and more how interlaced big tech is with everything, even something I’d think is pretty insignificant like Etsy. So fucking annoying...

The federal government still has control over its own elections though. There's no reason it can't decide to have its own ballots, manned by its own people, in their own stations separate from the states and, on top of that, insist on Voter ID. Why the federal government doesn't insist in doing this is beyond me.

This happened on the 3rd. Personally I think this and the stock market rally has something to do with why Biden's side has been quiet. (It made sense earlier but now it doesn't.)
