This is not voting fraud.

Here's the archive of the post. Which is more likely: people committing open voting fraud in front of a camera and the police are in on it... or, as these replies explained, the standard practice of having Dem/Repub teams transcribe votes over to new forms when they were unreadable by machine. It's called Ballot Duplication and has been done for a long time, and done here on camera with bipartisan teams to keep things honest and preserve unambiguous voter intent.

Right, but verifying that you're able legally able to turn in your ballot by IDing you before you vote (or later confirming by ID that you did vote) is not.

It's the filled ballot itself that shouldn't be able to be tied back to the person.

Except they sort of can be already in some jurisdictions if the ballots have a serial number on them.

I am not confident on SCOTUS given how Tucker mentioned, they can be influenced by antifa and BLM thugs. But whatever ruling they issue, will make half the country mad anyways. Trump better promise them good security details or something to make them feel comfortable.
