Ok quick question here about Trump trying to get some of the mail-in ballots tossed out: If Trump knew the Dems were going to rig the election via mail-in ballots, then telling his supporters to vote in person would be a smart move right? I mean, he isn’t going to try to get the courts to toss out “only mail-ins that voted for Joe!” because that isn’t what the courts do. The courts will toss out offending ballots indiscriminately, if my understanding of the procedure is correct.
Just wondering because if the logic holds and Trump can get the courts to strike down a few hundred thousand mail-ins in the battleground states, then the probability of Biden losing far more votes than Trump is pretty much 100%.
I wanna see what kinds of lawsuits are brought to the Supreme Court. If throwing out a chunk of ballots is on the table, then entire states’ results are on the table as well.
