So literally, all the Supreme Court has to do is say that the legislatures/constitutions of each of these states decide on how the votes are tallied. Since most of these states have Republican legislatures, they're literally going to throw all these extra last minute ballots out? It's not certain, but that seems like very plausible scenario. Amazing.

These last four years have been such an unexpected gift, I felt guilty hoping for four more. This election playing out as a dragged out, court contested razor edged shitshow feels like the perfect way for it to end, if it is going to end with a D win, especially with Trump getting more votes than 2008 Obama.

Well, almost perfect. If I was writing the script, it'd be Dems winning with 270, and a single faithless elector giving their vote to Trump. But not just any elector. Hillary Clinton herself in the ultimate betrayal, cackling "If I can't beat him, nobody can!" before running off into the woods to evade the lynch mobs.

If any one conservative would cuck in SCOTUS, it would be Roberts. That leaves like 5 others who are all originalists who generally side on state's rights consistently.

Maybe but given the alternative is so incredibly dire, I don't see the harm in the Republicans trying it. They should remember Ben Franklin's words "We must all hang together, or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately."

Franklin knew if he failed the British government would hang him for treason. Admittedly the Democrats probably won't hang people, but they can fuck their lives and finances up like they did Michael Flynn's. They can also take away any public voice they have to complain about their lives being fucked up.

here are the voter discrepancies between Biden and the down ballot races for senate and congress.

they only happen in the four swing states used to steal the election.

Trump has tiny margins and his votes are consistent with the down ballots with senate and congress.

Biden has much more votes than the democrat candidate for senate and congress, in Georgia he has almost 100k more votes than the democrat in his state.

THIS DOESN'T HAPPENS ANYWHERE ELSE, only the most important swing states, also remember republicans voted 95% trump.

what the flying fuck is happening?

It is disheartening. Not that Trump may lose. I don't care about that. I long since predicted a Biden victory (I thought it would be a squeaker, but decided late election night or the day after). But just the lack of care over the blatant fraud that is going on. I have NEVER seen a president win without at least getting house seats or flipping a legislature. Ballots mysteriously appearing? States not being called with 80+ reporting? States being called instantly and then flipping back and forth constantly? It is mystifying.

There are too many inconsistencies and to just tell people to accept it is insane. We should take the moment to dismantle fraud like this and secure our elections. Because this is insanity.

I think the most disturbing thing is the way the media have effectively silenced anyone who claims there is anything wrong with the election despite it being blatantly obviously fraudulent and illegal in multiple ways.

That's something I'd expect from the Iranian government, not the American one.

If this was happening anywhere but the US the whole world would be criticizing it and calling for free and fair elections.

In a way the best rebuttal of the doomerist position that 'The US will turn into a Uniparty state and there's no escape' is that big chunks of the US have escaped from Uniparty rule in the past and that foreigners like me who doom post are not taking that into account.
