According to the US Constitution, state legislations are the ones who decide rules for elections. PA court didn't rule something unconstitutional, they just rewrote the whole thing because of a natural disaster. You think republican judges aren't going to be giddy to rule against the Democrats under the guise of muh originalism?

The ruling is going to take a while to fight. It's not like they just farted out nothing.

You have until the 8th of December to resolve election disputes via recount, and you've got until the 23rd of December for the receipt of election ballots.

Better get a move on!

People of similar ideologies team up to work together, they go to people who SUPPORT such views to raise money (ex. the NRA funding pro gun candidates)
There's no rigging at all, just people who agree on similar policies working together to help each other win so they can work on making their agreed upon principles reality.
