In WI, all they have to appeal to is the state law saying that mail in ballots received after 9 PM on election day are invalidated or otherwise not counted. In PA, they just have to appeal to the fact that the PA Supreme Court's extension of the period to recieve mail-in-ballots was unconsitutional (because it violates the Clause in the Constitution giving state legislatures the power to determine how their elections work) and hence the PA legislature's limit of 8 PM on election day is upheld. I'm not so sure about MI, but I guess appealing to fact that they believe there was fraud and they want a recount or something might help. In Georgia they're doing recounts that's good. This shit isn't in the bag, but it does generally look good for Trump.

New Jersey, of all places, did set precedent for it as a remedy for electoral fraud. It isn't off the table, though I suspect the SC will prefer to see if a less serious remedy would be possible. Assuming, of course, they side with Trump. Which is not a guarantee.
