I figure no real news for at least a few day. People are getting bored and baiting/being baited. Time to check out for a bit.
Apparently there will be more protests tomorrow, happening may happen
Not to mention that these "based minorities" probably have their eyes WIDE OPEN as to what is going on right now.

The Dems have lost these votes at least for a very long time; that's why they are so fucking pissed at them.

For a party that appears to be very close to winning the Presidency, I don't see many celebrations over it at all.
Closest thing to a celebration I've seen are twitter checkmarks laughing about throwing people in reeducation camps and NGO counterprotests in Philly.
Don't you get it? We've gone from fighting to win in Michigan, Arizona, and Wisconsin to fighting to win in PA and GA. It's fucking over.
Maybe you should take some time off from here. You went from doomposting with interesting analysis to just doomposting. Sitting on here lamenting won't make it any better.

Speaking of HWNDU. This shit is still a thing. I wonder if he's going to take it if Biden takes the win and courts do nothing.

Just saying.

Two question--how dependent is your life and happiness on Trump winning the election? Are you in a bad spot and/or are actually threatened by a Biden admin (which keep in mind has a good chance of being completely hamstrung or forced to become more moderate)?

If you are in a situation where you are dependent on political powers for your happiness, maybe its time to disengage from politics and build a fallback, whether its emotional or financial.

They're dragging their feet on fucking Alaska? Isn't Alaska like California, except it's always going to vote red?

Alaska always drags their feet in elections.
Why? Don't know Alaska's election laws to tell you, but its annoying.
It screams attention-whoring this time.
Get your shit together, Alaska!

Eurofag here.

The local tabloid had COVID on the front page but also

INTRIGUES AND SCANDALS OF THE BIDEN FAMILY
there's a lot of people who are mad over hunter being ousted as a degenerate pedophile, among all of the other shit that was found on his laptop, sure, but the absolute last thing I was expecting was it to get any news coverage. 2020 really is going to be a wild ride right up until the end of it.

I've become gripped with dread at the prospect of pursuing politics, and not just because of my chances given my policies vis-a-vis my state.

Seeing as I have no place in the Democratic party as it stands, and I would need to take up a major party in order to get anywhere, that leaves me with a decision that'll likely alienate me from some of my friends, make me a greater outlier in my family, and damage my courting prospects regardless of the values of the person I pursue.

Too early to tell, but it's possible. Last I checked, Biden was only up like a thousand.
More than four thousand.

It's very unlikely he's referring to the matter of a recount, since he talks about the good accounting they have for remaining ballots. Also note that there's more than 4,000 votes (as in, 4000 votes and then some unknown number from overseas) that are said to have yet to be counted.

This is rubbish, but it's also possible that Abrams' craftiness, GA-GOP's incompetence to circumvent someone like her, and the devotion of Georgia's Democrats to curing only Democrat ballots could legitimately cost the GA-GOP even if there was substantial fraud that's rectified.

Honestly, appointing by state legislatures for Senator and President was best. You'd have to try to rig so many races outside of a major corrupt city it falls apart. That's not to say that fraud shouldn't be investigated with such a system, but it'll blunt its effects.
Then what fixes will you apply to that solution? And the one after?

To me size is the issue. The larger the system the easier it is to hide fuckery

My mom said people wouldn't be talking about Wuflu after the election. I guess she was right.

Lately I've been torn on whether/how much the media will keep pushing the covid hysteria in the event of a Harris administration. At first I was pretty sure it would just get memory-holed but now I think they will continue beating that dead horse as long as they can, even after Coronation Inauguration Day.

It's just too useful as a perpetual compliance exercise and instrument of public demoralization for them to willingly let it go. They will just make sure that each mention will be prefaced with the obligatory "it's Drumpf's fault for creating this" and reminding us all how it would be SOOOO MUCH WORSER if they let us keep our evil nasty freedoms.

California would be nothing without the supposed flyover states. They need them for food, power, water and a myriad of other things. Sure, California can obtain their own food, water, and power system, but that would require going hard on all illegals and leeches and using that money to create better infrastructure, which definitely needs fixing. Additionally, they’d need to bring back industries like coal mining and logging to sustain themselves. Essentially, they’d need to have someone like Trump in power to create a self-sustaining state, but that won’t happen anytime soon. Texas is more likely to survive a secession considering they have key industries still alive there is the help them. The same can’t be said for California. If Silicon Valley were to lose its prominence, their revenue would drop sharply and they’d possibly need to consider bringing back more agricultural jobs to survive.

One of the weird things about the Hunger Games is that SJW types love it because Katniss is a strong independent woman. But the Capitol is obviously based on the coastal blue states where everyone dresses funny, is morally corrupt and sexually degenerate. And where Katniss comes from is basically a Trump-supporting state.

It's got this weird subversive subtext that everyone seems to ignore. They think they're Katniss but they're actually Capitol hangers-on.

They still want to make money off the vaccine, so they'll continue.

Southern California would be nothing without the supposed flyover states.
FTFY
Northern California could easily be self sustaining

I'm inclined to totally agree with this.

For instance, if the first two years of a Biden presidency plays out like the final two years of the Obama presidency, then that's definitely not the worst thing ever. Far from it.

However ... If COVID-related lockdowns run rampant during a Biden presidency, then hell to the fuck yes that will interfere with my everyday happiness. It will affect and depress everyone, and rightfully so.

I’m from AZ and I got this in my email:

They’re still counting for AZ, yet Biden has prematurely declared himself the winner. That said, it did say my vote was signature verified, but I’m still skeptical if it actually went through. I hope the data provided from this can hopefully bring out more fraud. I’m counting on Trump’s legal team to make it happen, because I don’t trust Fontes at all.

Yeah see this is really short-sighted thinking. If the Dems get away with stealing this election, and the GOP, the legal system, etc does nothing to either stop said theft or at the very least prevent said theft from happening again, there is nothing at all other than their own conscience( :optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic:) to stop them from doing so again and again. Moreover, politics DOES have an effect on you regardless of how well off you are in other ways. These lockdowns for example? They won't necessarily end now, the Dems may just decide to continue them for as long as they possibly can. Furthermore, this idea that a Harris administration(Biden is a senile irrelevancy)is guaranteed to be hamstrung or moderated by the GOP assumes that the Dems won't cheat again in 2022.

The Hunger Games also doesn't represent the rebel faction as good people. They are utilitarian, ruthless, and militaristic, and all they care about Katniss and her fellow Hunger Games winners is to trot them out as figureheads and propaganda against the Capitol. They want to win by any means necessary and successfully carry out a false flag attack on children to win the war. At the end Katniss kills their leader because she realizes she—yes the rebels' leader is a woman—will be as much of a tyrant as the Capitol's president.

It will be like how Obama and his minions claimed he would bring about Peace in the Middle East, then promptly perpetuated the Forever War and expanded the Survellance State.

They've resolved to not let the pandemic crisis go to waste. It's disturbing to see Karens, bugmen, and dangerhairs wearing masks in selfies.... and fucking liking it. They've internalized their bootlicking to the brink of sadomasochism.

As overquoted Orwell said, "nobody ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it."
