is this supposed to be self-aware? I can't tell
Someone edited out the reference originally there to the statistical paper that examined Benford’s law. Benford’s Law has a lot of statistical problems with it and while it can indicate issues, it needs to be fed the data as a whole not in little chunks like people are doing now.

it´s not tiresome anymore, it´s infuriating. either the media ain´t doing their job, or they really think people are that stupid
Dude c'mon. They cut off Drumpf in the middle of a speech because his rhetoric is "dangerous". The media is censoring the US President in a sloppier way than the PRC censors Chinese peasants. The media is on the level of credibility of David Irving fan groups on Facebook.

I think people need to start being intellectually honest. It's bad to impeach a President when the case is partisan and you don't have the votes to get it through the Senate. It was bad when it happened to Trump, and it was bad when it happened to Clinton.

Though the odd thing is if the Republicans get the House back at this point I could see them doing a tactical impeachment of Biden, assuming he gets in. It won't pass but it might motivate their base. The thing is that in that scenario they have got a valid reason for impeachment - this election was a farce and he's #NotTheirPresident.

Another thing would be for Red States to just start ignoring laws from DC they find offensive. E.g. if Biden passes gun control, they pass amnesties much like the Democrats did over Trump's immigration law. If tranny bathrooms get pushed through again, do the same thing. There are loads of ways to subvert Federal law without actually going full lawless.

Actually, fuck intellectual honesty. If the other side doesn't practice it's no holds barred.

I think the era of Big Federal Government might actually have come to an end. Not through some Article V convention but purely based on the fact that Red States will ignore Blue Presidents and vice versa. So the Blue States will turn a blind eye to illegals voting Democrat and the Red States will turn a blind eye to the fact that an Assault Weapons Ban will be blatantly violated and if little Timmy tries to tell the girls he's Timmina and he wants to see them change, he'll be told to GTFO and the police will let that happen. Maybe the Federal government will be confined to foreign policy and that foreign policy will simply be a dogged defense of the status quo of American hegemony.

It'll be interesting to see if Biden is 'elected' if he realizes that his power to enforce his will on Red States will disappear if he pushes his luck or if he'll go full steam ahead and see it evaporate.
I actually do have an answer to this nonsense. Unfortunately its not perfect, its not utopia and not glitzy (unlike marxism) but it will do.

The best way to revolt is try to reclaim personal sovereignty on a micro scale. Stop trying to fix or change systems thats have a will of their own. This election shows how that goes.

Basically try to form your own automous zone as best you can. The church of Mormon and Utah is a great example of this. Sealand is another.

A group of friends who live out in the woods as room mates are another example. Or in the city as flst mates to reduce rent.

The ghetto I lived in. Everyone in that block was black and related. Sisters, uncles, cousins and so forth. So they had some autonomy and some degree of self sufficiency.

The city of mayflower of new jersery is another. They have banned all non local bussineses.

The goal is to get a small community organized and keep pushing to seperation and independence as much as one can. If many people do this eventually the power of the federal government will weaken as more and more self sufficiency is obtained. Organize and push for policies that cut the cord to the outside world.

Dont know what you think of idea but its the best I can think of. Eventually new alliances will form between these micro communities that are more responsive to their citizens needs. As a result these new alliances will form into new goverment and will ignore the current system. The result is the status quo will fade away and be replaced by a new one by this process.

I already pointed out how that piece doesn't even address the issue claimed, and is inapplicable to this situation. Also, the piece said nothing about it not working in small batches, quite the opposite in fact it says that larger ones cause their methodology to break down.

shared this in the fraud thread but i'll share it here too for extra spreading

This was probably already posted but I'm going to copy&paste from an anon

"I got a long pasta I made earlier today.

I estimate in this single district about 15%.
District 1 of Virginia
>2016 HillaryC: 163,522
DonaldT: 212,402
GaryJoh: 12,433
JillStein: 2,629
EvanMc: 5,345
Write In: 2,750
399,081 total presidential votes

MattRow: 140,785
Wittman: 230,213
GlendaG: 12866
Write In: 737

384,601 total congress votes

14,480 people didn't vote in the congressional race
3% of the voters didn't vote in the congressional race

>2020

JoBiden: 276,457
DTrump: 257,937
JoJorge: 7,805
Write In: 1,887
544,086 total presidential votes

QasimR: 183,699
Wittman: 258,290
Write In: 598

442,587 total congress votes

101,499 people didn't vote in the congressional race
18% of the voters didn't vote in the congressional race

blank congressional ballots are 6 times higher than previous election turn out this year was 26% higher than previous election year

15% more had a blank congressional vote than the previous election year Source: http://results.elections.virginia.gov/vaelections/2020 November General/Site/Presidential.html my guess as to what actually happened? same as last election 3% of the ballots didn't vote in the congressional race. which would put the actual turnout at 455,000. 12% increase. And 90k votes added for Biden were yet another "oopsie"""
I had initially dismissed irregularities like this on a national level, but individual districts like this are absolutely worth looking at.

There are a lot of large jumps like this, concentrated in a handful of districts that defy trends in similar districts with the same demographics.

When I have a little more time to look at it this afternoon, I want to dig some more, but I think that a lot of the ballots for president only, and thus the differential between house popular vote totals and presidential totals, come down to uncontested or severely uncompetitive races.

2020 had relatively few uncontested races, yet the presidential race is set to have the largest number additional votes than then total votes ever.

The best part is, the deficit is overwhelmingly concentrated on the Democratic side of the aisle; that’s why the Republicans are defying the fucking odds and actually have a competitive chance at flipping the goddamn house, while somehow Joe Biden is driving historic turnout among Democrat voters who conveniently also aren’t voting Democrat downballot in districts with the least competitive races in the nation.

Ita make-a no sense-a.

Can somebody ITT explain a viable path for Trump to dispute the results in many of these states?

By that, I mean, suppose there are 20,000 fabricated ballots in a given state which are all for Biden, and they flipped the state... how would anybody catch them on a recount? How do you weed out fraudulent ballots once they're already in the system? Somebody earlier ITT mentioned the isotope marking, but I don't know very much about that, and if the level of fraud necessary to pull this off is being done by professionals, won't they have factored such a variable in? What then?

It's great to have everybody claim the timing, and the numbers, and the caliber of Joe Biden himself being contributing factors to the results being fishy... but unless there's a way to undo what's already been done? I think you've been snookered.

Sorry, toots, but I don't have a MAGA hat. I do have a full case of beer, wanna share?
I don't have one either, I'm not even American. The only reason I'm invested in this is because the circumstances are very questionable. I've said before that if Biden had won on election night I'd have moved on.

I could do with some of the beer, though.

Put simply, there are three seperate form of fraud going on here.

1: Fake ballots: These are your dead people, your ineligible people, etc. I doubt there's more than a handful of thousands of these. I suspect they are mostly there to be lightning rods of focus to distract from the other 2.
2: Digital Fuckery: See Michigan and its convenient software 'glitch'. Much harder to catch on a simple recount, which is what democrats were relying on Trump going up to. Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania all announcing full audits will fuck this one.
3: The Big Fuck: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court outright rewrote law that only the legislature can touch. This is unconstitutional, and might lead to some very painful results. Michigan had other court cases, including one ignored, which will likely not go well for the democrats there.

Now, all this adds up when taken tot he supreme court of the united states to make a case for widespread fraud and necessary action. God Knows what the end result of that will be.

Literally the time they were received. All of these states (except PA) have laws passed by their legislature that forces all ballots (Mail in or otherwise) to be in by 7-9 PM election day. All of these ballots came in around 4 AM the next day. By these state's own laws, they should invalidate the mail-in ballots that came in at that time. In addition, PA's Supreme court mandated they accept mail-in ballots 3 days after the election. However, that is an explicit job of the state legislature to set up according to the US Constitution and the PA legislature set the time all ballots to be accepted to ... 8 PM election day. Thus, it basically is a case of invalid ballots being counted as valid, against the various state laws against this and the PA Supreme Court laying down an unconstitutional law.
