Trump just doesn't have the political machine to pull this back, imho. Republican operatives on the ground are going to be thinking of their futures and revert back into "lose with dignity" mode.

Republicans need to focus now on not losing the senate in the GA runoff in January.

How can you not see that that Senate seat and Trump's re-election campaign are on the same boat considering they both face the exact same problem i.e. voter fraud. If the GOP doesn't stand for both races for this reason, than it doesn't matter.

The only reason that hasn't happened before is first past the post voting. In continental Europe nationalist parties have gained a lot from proportional representation. For example, the Dutch have a centrist government under Rutte but they have the PVV and FVD as conservative opposition as well as the left wing parties.

I think it could happen under FPTP. It almost happened to them with The Brexit Party when May was screwing things up. I actually think people won't blame Boris for the second lockdown fiasco because they can see he's been pushed into it, same as they don't seem to have blamed Trump.

Current meme is that Dick Cheney will be a foreign policy adviser.

It's not true, but it's one of those things that sounds true.

I could see Bill Kristol being seen around administration officials but I don't think even the Democrats would be crazy enough to give him a formal role.

Actually given the Neocons hate China, having a few of them around Biden might not be a bad thing.

She recused herself because she was appointed to the SC right in the middle of the case. She had no time to give a real judgement on it since she had no time to actually mull over the case. Fuck you guys are gullible doomers.

If she recuses herself from the upcoming cases we're fucked because they'll all deadlock.

Ramzpaul and Styx. Ramzpaul reckons we're doomed to 'President' Biden and I'm doomed to putting his title in scare quotes for the next four years.

Oh, I am sick and tired of playing nice. They've poked the bear for far too long.

George Dubya was called a Nazi every single year of his presidency, I remember the creepy photoshopped pictures of John McCain looking like a vampire with blood dripping out of his mouth (okay, okay, I'll give the left that one-- pretty accurate lol), and I remember people calling Mitt Romney the most evil man on the planet who would FOR SURE put black people back in chains if he became President.

All of these morons I mentioned above were "nice" and "graceful." Republicans were still being called every rotten name in the book no matter what.

Trump is the guy who fights back, and back in 2015 I deemed it "unpresidential." Now, I cheer it the fuck on. No matter how "nice" you are, as long as you have that pesky "R" next to your name, you WILL be called a Nazi, a racist, a sexist, etc ... Not fighting back and getting down in the dirt with them would just make us pussies at this point.

Fight back, and fight back HARD.
The bright side is how the left acted the last 5 years I think they just managed to realize that holy fuck they created a shit storm. I see reeeing on the distance who reeeeees I'm not sure but if we see a Waco like event in this election does that mean shit hits the fan.

Let's see Biden and Kamala doing nothing regarding police brutality, racism, illegal immigration and other pressing issues that were used as cudgels against Trump.
And we'll likely see the return of the old American tradition of intervention in shithole countries.

All with the praise of media, big tech and corps. We're already seeing assholes like Obama and local leftists saying Biden is some sort of beacon of democracy. Some democracy you got there, with this sham of an election. I'm already afraid it will set a precedent for other elections.
Well I just tell the left in real life that if Biden does win we can get back to bombing millions of Brown people for Israel again.

Not fighting or contesting will lose them their seat in January. If they don't at least show some unity for Trump or support him in the backrooms, you'll end up with GA runoffs, and MI's senate seat stolen.

Stacy Adam's Democrats have already figured out a ballot harvesting scheme that they've been perfecting throughout these last few elections. At the very minimum, the GOP need to approach GA and MI as the Florida GOP did in 2018- challenge and sue until you clean up the state.

Maybe that's why the ballot rigging didn't involve downvotes. Beyond just being strapped for time, since this isn't affecting the senate or house races overmuch, it gives the GOP much less reason to fight back.

They're confident. They spent days having it where they only needed one state for Biden to win before pulling the trigger. And then there's the part where people could give Trump the cold shoulder and stonewall to avoid the conspiracy being exposed, especially if they don't have fall guys. How open it was shows a level of cockiness that they won't be caught not seen since The Zodiac Killer sent incoherent letters that were later revealed to have elaborate codes and ciphers.

If so, then that's some bad fucking juju right there. The fact that we all collectively pretend to have faith in the electoral system is about the only concrete thing keeping this country together. If that goes away, all that will be separating us from some very nasty times is lethargy, and that can disappear fast.

I still don't why it took us until today make the Trump lolcow thread tbh.
There's an apprehension of making lolcow threads about celebrities and politicians.
Imagine having threads for every actor and politician alive.
Kiwi Farms would be no better than tabloids at that point.
If you thought A&N was insufferable, then the apocalypse of this scenario would be the death knell to the site.

But we are putting lives at risk. There was an article recently posted here about Canada having skyrocketing cases of advanced cancer because screening came to a halt under COVID-19. Not only that, our kids are being raised to be NEET NPCs by forcing them away from society though online learning. My state has not reopened schools, so don't argue your own state with me about it. Vaccination rates fell. Suicides, homicides, DV, all up. Massive amounts of small business failure. All for a retarded cold that only kills the worst among us.
Unfortunately the Karen's and quarantine bug men will be like if you don't fear this cold you want people to die. They will shame you "fact check" you and gaslight you into thinking that you're some crazy dumb uniformed loony right winger. They also will say canada and australia are fine and back to normal america is just fucked because orange man bad. It's infuriating and depressing at times but don't let it get you down hell now is the time to poke fun make memes and laugh at them.

Fortunately, it looks like the MI and AZ GOP recognize this, but the GA GOP are sitting on their hands despite risking losing their two senate seats to fraud.

Agree, I just think it's too late to stop the fraud in the presidential race. There's still time to prevent fraud in the runoffs.
