None of it will make any difference. Rarely does donated money reach its intended goal. If it does go, it will be so funneled down by NGO's and the like.
Those donations are just diplomatic tools, plain and simple. Nobody should trust any politician's attempts to appease certain populations.

Pelosi and others have already stated they plan on ruling like a dictator, claiming "they have a mandate" and already angling to steal the motherfucking senate so that they can push through all of the beyond the pale horseshit they've been threatening to do to ensure the Thousand Year SJW Reich that was supposed to start in 2016.

They don't care about the rest of the world: they have the EU and China backing them and will most likely turn any nation that doesn't play ball with the Biden/Harris Reich into pariah nations. And with the increase in talk of McCarthyism 2.0, they will use the threat of blacklisting and complete social, economic, and professional ruin to silence critics after they destroy the lives of as many Trump supporters/administration types once that shit starts up.

Truly expect them to spend the first six months to a year doing all sorts of evil fucking shit to silence all dissent against them, so that no one DARES raise a voice when they do evil. And that if there IS fucking blowback, they'll scapegoat all of the evil shit onto Biden and 25th Amendment him/claim all of the fascist shit was due to him being senile and pretend Harris was blameless or just fucking assassinate Biden so they can go full fascist police state with Harris as dictator for life.
