I’ll be honest, I’m not optimistic about Trump’s chances in court. Besides Roberts being a flip-flop, besides ACB possibly recusing, I really think we’re going to see a lot of people go against Trump because they don’t want to deal with the optics of helping out Orange Man, especially with people like AOC talking about making lists and naming and shaming donors and moving to make sure those who worked for and/or supporting Trump are “never forgotten.
