I really think we’re going to see a lot of people go against Trump because they don’t want to deal with the optics of helping out Orange Man
Biden has closed the deal in the minds of the political class, who all want jobs and careers. It's blunt force persuasion, lawsuits be damned. (And judges can be also be persuaded)

This used to be Scott Adams' thing but he's gone all boomer and thinks spreadsheets will keep Trump the presidency.

besides ACB possibly recusing
You still don't understand why ACB recused herself the first time.

I really think we’re going to see a lot of people go against Trump because they don’t want to deal with the optics of helping out Orange Man, especially with people like AOC talking about making lists and naming and shaming donors and moving to make sure those who worked for and/or supporting Trump are “never forgotten. Everyone in politics is looking to save their own ass if they can get something out of the machine. And stopping Trump is the best way to ensure the gravy train keeps on rolling.
1) This is a test of whether or not these judges are worth jack, then, no?
2) What AOC did is absolutely disturbing, but it's also absolutely immature for a congresswoman who's pushing on 30. Nobody cares. Nobody should care. At least, not for now.
3) The SCOTUS judges get to enjoy a lifetime appointment. They quite literally do not need to give a damn unless they're so concerned about being invited to parties.

This. Cubans and Zoomers (Zoomers didn't turn out for Trump I thought?) are getting fucking crushed right now.
Cubans are crushed in particular because they see the election results as a sign that their new home they love is being turned into the hell they escaped from.

To be fair, not too far off the mark.

They way Joe touched that kid creeped me out.
Off topic, but people always mocked or reprimanded Trump for his weird behavior, but Joe was out here getting very personal. In fact its quite hilarious to me because I saw so many people calling him "creepy" and "weird" but after people realized that it was either him or Trump, the opinions changed on these photos, and now I've seen people defend him or find a way to drag Trump into the conversation:

I know some people who I'd class as normies notice that fraud is happening. They don't autistically follow the details, but they know what's happening in general.
You don't need to follow details autistically to know something about this election feels off. Even with the Covid justification and mail in ballot delays, things don't feel right. Extensive delays in key swing states when other states have got it done, the sitting President not conceding, but ordering recounts and filing lawsuits, the constant social media and msm coverage and warnings. Biden and co celebrating even though some have ordered recounts. Even with Russia, Russia, Russia from 4 years ago, Hillary still conceded before those allegations and investigations came out. This is markedly different from that and it is noticeably odd.

I’ll be honest, I’m not optimistic about Trump’s chances in court. Besides Roberts being a flip-flop, besides ACB possibly recusing, I really think we’re going to see a lot of people go against Trump because they don’t want to deal with the optics of helping out Orange Man, especially with people like AOC talking about making lists and naming and shaming donors and moving to make sure those who worked for and/or supporting Trump are “never forgotten. Literally ACB recused herself the first time (rightfully) because she was appointed to the Supreme Court in the middle of a case. You can't rule on a case you don't have all the details on so it makes sense she would recuse herself. It's pretty clear that Trump wanted her on the court should something like this happen so he would have a certain 5-4 victory at least versus a 4-4 deadlock. Fuck, stop being such a dumb fucking doomer and fight for once. Like, you let fear paralyze you but you don't see that where there's a will there's a way.

Reminder that anybody who advocates for term limits (not age limits, there's an argument for that) are advocating for destruction of the judiciary, inadvertently or on purpose.

What do you mean? There's nothing odd about Castro getting 100% of the vote with 100% turnout! He's just that popular, ask Michael Moore!
