Not necessarily, what I admire about Eren's character is he decides to do what is personally best for himself and the people he cares about rather than rolling over for a world that wants him and everything he loves dead. Yes, not all the people in the world want that, and those people don't deserve death or pain. However, it's his only option. I like Attack on Titan because it's a realistic take on things. The way it portrays oppression and racism as a cycle rather than, "This group is bad and has something wrong with them that causes them to be bad" is perfect. Real life isn't crazy white people hating black people for no reason, and it isn't the opposite either. Those people exist, but they aren't the main aggressors of each group. The main aggressors are just people who can't let go of past wrongs that have been done against each other. Racism will always exist like that, and there will always be oppression, but that doesn't mean one group is entirely evil or deserving of death. The world just sucks like that.
