Issue with that is that you can apply that to literally anything. I've seen this used for both pro and anti LGBT causes, both sides of political issues, and even just with random arguments. It's so generic as to be useless.

The LGBT activists who followed this kind of advice were the ones who forced through the acceptance movement and eventually the court cases that got them what they wanted. The ones who didn't stayed in the closet until the others had changed the culture enough for them to be comfortably accepted.

There’s an extremely low likelihood of SCOTUS changing anything - they would have to grant cert to at least 6 independent cases - which itself is unlikely- but there needs to be a viable legal theory and actual Factual evidence to support such theory for each individual case. It’s extremely unlikely but let’s say they did agree there was fraud. They would also have to agree to actual disregard already cast and counted votes which is even more unlikely as it would violate the constitutional rights of those that did legally vote. That’s unprecedented. A very conservative federal judge recently refused to do just that in the Texas case regarding the 120,000 plus ballots the GOP claimed were improperly cast.
