If Biden gets in and is able to get through in EO even a select few of these, the country will be shattered within a decade or so. We might not actually balkanize, but I certainly would expect for things to go for the US about as well as the 90s did for your average Russian.

There’s an extremely low likelihood of SCOTUS changing anything - they would have to grant cert to at least 6 independent cases - which itself is unlikely- but there needs to be a viable legal theory and actual Factual evidence to support such theory for each individual case. It’s extremely unlikely but let’s say they did agree there was fraud. They would also have to agree to actual disregard already cast and counted votes which is even more unlikely as it would violate the constitutional rights of those that did legally vote. That’s unprecedented. A very conservative federal judge recently refused to do just that in the Texas case regarding the 120,000 plus ballots the GOP claimed were improperly cast.

I think people just don't like to think about it and escape off to their bread and circuses instead. I think most people see the signs of decline, but many just ignore or accept them.

Things feel radically different than 20, or even 10, years ago. I presume a Biden/Harris presidency will just slide further into decline and dystopia.
