Okay...so a little about myself. I've studied NK history and politics for nearly 20 years. Its my passion to learn all I can about "The Hermit Kingdom", and I do plan to write a book in plain English on the topic.

When Trump was the first acting president to step "over the line" into NK, I was elated, but also worried. Worried that NK would slowly back down from their arms race and actually join the rest of the world. My future job prospect was at risk, since no more secrets = no more intrigue for a book or a job as a "political analyst on North Korea" whenever something pops off.

But hearing that Biden will wipe all that progrss away has me worried for a different reason. Him going back to the old methods WILL NOT WORK. This has been proven since Carter was in office. Not only will it not work, but it will drive NK back into the brinksmanship game, and a country that spends all its money on nukes is not a country you want on edge.

Kim Jong Un is not afraid to push the button. Hell, the guy was responsible for an attack on the SK navy, and Obama did FUCK ALL for one of our closest military allies and countries that we still support and defend. This is also when Hillary was SecState, so that's a thing. Pissing off KJU isn't a smart idea.
Any feelings on his sister as his successor if the rumors on KJU are true?

Any kind of explanation for that?
HR now has an expectation that they have not only the right - but the duty - to trawl through your social media posts to see if you're going to be "the right fit" for the company.
I got told straight up that if I didn't have a Facebook account with at least a moderate amount of normalfag-ish looking activity, I would never get a job anywhere.

It's still amazing the number of my friends and family that are like "of course the mail-in vote was 90:10 in Biden's favor! Trump told people not to vote by mail! Everyone hates him! You're stupid for thinking this is fraud! Stop telling lies Salubrious!"
In my head your IRL name really is Salubrious and you look like a short golden energy-slinging space alien, and it makes me chuckle picturing people say that to you.

A whole lot of people gonna be shocked in the next few weeks to discover that the rule of law party is using the law to "steal" an election by pointing out violations of election law.
Some other brave Kiwi said it (sorry for the source amnesia), but if Trump had to listen about Russian interference for four years, Biden can listen to "do the audits" for four weeks.

I'm fine with that.

I still cannot believe Biden promised to immediately dissolve all the progress Trump made with North Korea. Why do they want a hostile and adversarial NK?

The myth of the intoxicated voter has been debunked.
Are public intoxication laws the only thing that can stop you from voting drunk?
Trump is probably getting some really shitty advice right about now. I hope he fights it to the last. If he shows weakness now he'll be eaten alive.

EDIT: From the other election thread

Biden compared him to Hitler in the debates. Such a WTF moment.
Don't you remember when Abraham Lincoln went to Adolf Hitler to hammer out a peace deal?

The worst part is when they wait until the interview phase to spring that, and have a 'tism when they see you rarely post.

I didn't see anything about how much information they make you put on there, just that you need a profile. If I made an obligatory profile for work they wouldn't learn anything they didn't already know from the HR paperwork, so that's why I don't see the point.
It’s a stupid formality. The assumption is that you’re a typical consoomer who posts incessantly on social media, putting your entire life on display.

Was wondering have we gotten any sort of updates on AZ currently? All I remember reading last was that Trump looked like he was in a good position to flip. Any news on this?

Trump's still hitting the maragins he needs in AZ so the path to take it is still open.

They want you to have FB? I thought they only looked at LinkedIn since you use that to network in order to find jobs.

if people seriously think politics will magically "become boring again" with a supposed biden win and that we're about to see a "return to decency", they're about to be sorely mistaken...

you think antifa and BLM will be allowed to keep chimping out? they'll get treated like everywhere else that isn't a shithole like seattle or portland, and if they get uppity they'll get the "alt right movement" treatment where you can see the glow from space.

how and where you gonna laugh at it? news will treat biden with kid gloves to not piss of their paymasters, social media will clamp down on people talking shit. the spaces where we could do it got smaller even under trump.
besides, I expect most of it to be more rage than lulz. not so much fun laughing about shit when you're stuck in the middle.

at best, we'll get boring.

I feel like we are in a fog of war situation. The media called it for Biden as expected. Looking at how so goddamn slow states were being called for Trump so there was an illusion Biden was leading, when Florida and Texas was not called and Arizona suddenly, I knew they were going for it. This election relies primarily on Trump maxing out his luck factor as the Democrats have been total fuckups as well. I don't know how shit will go down but I do know that Trump is still POTUS and will use his power to drag this shit out as there is a legitimate reason of voter fraud occuring. All the people leaving or fired, were deadweight and useless, better to get rid of traitors and leakers in such an important time. He should fire the head of the FBI and CIA as a fuck you as well.

the rot doesn't come from the top, that's why firing the heads doesn't do much. just look at "Lt. Col." porky pig during the whole quid pro quo sham. this is also the reason why I can't blame trump too much, not knowing you who you can trust severely limits your options. trump's an outsider, and it's called swamp for a reason.

anyway, gonna put the rest in spoilers to not drag the thread down too much.

same for the legal battle, being right and getting justice are 2 different things. as already mentioned they can't just throw out all vote of a state (even if he shits on whatever the SCOTUS says), because that would invalidate all legal votes too. and what if you can't conclusively determine what are legal and illegal votes because it was such a shitshow across the board? new election? who's gonna pay for that? where's the legal precedence? that and more are all factors the SCOTUS in the end has to consider, and given the damage done there's hope they're smart, but it's not a guarantee.

and even then it still comes down to the EC, and we all knew how "just wait till the votes" from last week turned out.

that's why I really hope that shit will be cleared up properly, and fast. because that's the thing, once you start knocking out the foundation the whole thing gets shaky.

If Trump himself was going to concede, he would not bother with the lawsuits on Monday or sending the gang out to every stolen swing state. He would've instead congratulated Biden already on winning like a Romney would and cuck out. It would be a lot easier than putting up millions of dollars and weeks of time into fighting in a courtroom.

Tucker could always go back to his lolbertarian faggy bowtie persona.
His next iteration he goes full Rick Wiles and ditches the tie altogether, instead growing a powerful beard which he will occasionally preen to the dismay of his guests.

I don't know who told you that nonsense, there is nothing that can stop me from voting drunk.
