Biden and Harris losing to the Supreme Court would be sweet irony, seeing as both of them have tried to undermine it (Biden with Thomas and Harris with Kavanaugh).

Funny enough, there's also a quote from Joe himself that'd ring true today as well.
"Whoever is going onto the Supreme Court is going to determine the fate of this country more than anybody..."

It's also amazing how much more eloquent he was, back then, compared to the decrepit husk being wheeled into coronation now. Like, I can see people voting for 1991 Joe Biden. Not 2020 Biden.

I remember being impressed by 2007 Biden and hoped he would run instead of Hillary in 2016.

I know they're all judges of the highest pedigree and pettiness is not in their nature nor career, but aside from Gorsuch and especially Roberts, all of them should have axes of various lengths to grind.

Trump should have sent one after Clinton due to the email server and he should have already sent one after Hunter Biden. If they send one after the election fraud situation we'll see some serious shit.

Even a 2012 Biden is a massive improvement compared to today. He’s still not a great politician, but at least a few years ago he was able to make public appearances and debate without completely losing the plot.

I can't find the clip, but it reminds me of that scene in Addam's Family (1993 - I'm fucking old), where they lose their court case with the judge who's their next door neighbor, and then the judge (Herman Munster himself) as part of the ruling gives Gomez back all of the golf balls that Gomez had hit at his house.

Actually now that I think about it, there's at least two movies with Fred Gwynne as a prominent judge (the other being My Cousin Vinny).


Edit: I was wrong; that wasn't Fred Gwynne. My brain just decided that Fred would be funnier.
