You know, I'm gonna miss all the drama and autism over the past few years. No way in hell Biden's going to produce anywhere near the amount Trump generated. What a shame.


But in all seriousness, even though I'm disappointed that he lost, it's more than understandable. If he had given even the slightest iota of a fuck about the pandemic, he'd probably be cruising along to a second term as we speak. Seriously, all he had to do was say he was doing something. I can guarantee you that a lot of the people that came out to vote him out would've probably stayed home. Instead he rambled on twitter in between weekend golf trips. When you show the world that you don't give a fuck about them, don't be surprised when the world stops giving a fuck about you, either.

That said, the chance's strong someone else will just take his platform and run on it without being a sped in four years. They'd probably have a good shot of winning, too.

The point of that paragraph is that the powers that be have turned enough people against Trump and sanity in general, that Trump is by far on track to lose. And a ton of the reasoning as to why that won't happen sounds identical to 2018 reasoning. ("No Democrats will not retake the House, because they've gone too far Left, Polls are Fake, 2016 though, etc.)

Not only do I think Trump will lose, I think the US will enter an era of significant and irreversible stagnation. In 2016 (on another account with a similar name, on this Forum, maybe some of you know it, forgot the password during one of the forum resets) I said Trump had to fix the US from top to bottom and that this was a huge task. I sort of agree with you, the man pretty much has everything going against him, but he is basically a steak fueled Jar Jar Binks. He seems to be unaffected personally by his flops thus far, but who knows his luck might just run out.

I don't think people disagree with me now, they just saw me mention the ratings and as a joke rated me again similarly. I don't care about ratings and they don't effect my opinion, otherwise I'd change them on a whim and years ago.

Trump's loss was the culmination of choices on what he did and didn't do for his 4 years in office, and now the US will continue to decline more and more rapidly. Trump in theory could have stopped this, but he at best slightly slowed it down. Because he was unfortunately nowhere near competent enough to achieve any of his goals.
