The individual suits got thrown out, which was expected. There is a judicial process, you can't just go straight to the Supreme Court for most things, it has to lose first.
Which I disagree with. The President should be allowed to directly petition the SC for their input, as a co-equal branch.

So is SCOTUS just gonna throw out these lawsuits and not allow Trump a chance to prove Voter Fraud happened? Because a lot of the doomers as of late seem to think it's already over despite it not being Monday yet.

Trump conceding would mean I’m done with politics for good. If they can get even his arrogant ass to cuck, there’s no hope for anyone.

It’d also mean Trump is effectively abandoning his allies to Truth and Reconciliation Committee hearings while he fucks off overseas. It’d be the worst possible timeline.

No one knows. It's not Monday yet. Chill. If they'll throw it out, they will, on that day.

PA won’t. Poll workers violated a SC order to keep ballots separate. They’ll hold the trial if only to chew their ass out. Other states, who knows.

CBS is claiming Trump is using 60% of the donations to his legal fraud cases to pay off campaign debts.

Looks like we have a new addition to the narrative being pushed.

Desperate to defund him, too, eh? Amusing.

Frankly, I'm expecting Mastercard to cut off payment processing to winred, the GOP fundraising system.

Where are hearing that the workers violated the SC order? The legacy media is claiming they did, but -- gorsh, there just wasn't that many to KEEP separate in the first place.

If it gets that far, yes, they will raise bloody murder to try and get 2 of the conservative or originalist judges to recuse.
On what basis though? Thomas was confirmed in 1991, Twenty-nine years ago, We all know they hate ACB so of course they'll rant and rage but they have to find a reason. Saying I don't like her isn't enough.

Edit: I can't find a current list of the SCOTUS Circuit assignments, which may have changed since ACB came on board. Google is being shifty again.

It's amazing how the Democrats have constructed this argument even without COVID.

"We can't have Voter ID because poor black people don't have IDs!"
"So why don't we work to get black people IDs?"
Dead silence. Or racism; I dunno.

By the way, all the poor people I know have IDs.
vote Id means no vote from illegal aliens.

conflict of interest, because she was appointed by trump. just wait for it.
lol they have prove what the conflict is. They're basically saying she was appointed in exchange for ruling favorably in any cases Trump or his administration coming before her is something that has to be backed up, with evidence. Which doesn't exist. That's what background checks and confirmation hearing are for. All I remember is Hirono is scolding her for not being troon friendly and everyone else grilling her on being a Catholic.

Edit: There was also that hilarious question Hirono asked if she had every sexually harassed or raped anyone. Not once was she asked if she would be biased in favor of Trump if he petitioned SCOTUS.
