Both senate races are going to runoffs, and the GOP needs to win at least 1 to keep a majority. Without bad orange man on the ballot Democratic turnout will be way down so it should be easy, but it certainly raises fraud concerns.
They need both to have a 51 majority. If it's 50 then the VP gets to be the tiebreaker

Romney has changed his tune overnight and now asking for the election to be contested. I wonder if either Trump threatened to nuke the party or if McConnell started getting nervous about Georgia getting stolen for the Senate seat.

Either way, the fight is getting a bit more interesting.

Also Lindsey Graham is more of a bro than thought. He donated half a million to Trump's legal fund before it was cool. If anything, he sees the writing on the wall on how to keep the Republican party growing.

Also, the conservatives on the court minus Thomas and Alito routinely side with the liberal wing. All this mess could have been avoided in earlier decisions where they chose to punt it until after the election.
They do but under a textualist/originalist viewpoint. There is literally a clause in the Constitution stating that state legislatures set election laws, not the courts like what the PASC did. This is why I think PA is going to be a relatively easy win for Trump since the law they changed extended the time to turn in mail-ins from e stated) 8 PM the day of election (as the PA legislature set) to 3 days after the election. Also, Justice Alito told the PA Elections Board to seperate the late main-ins from the rest of them, which they promptly ignored.

this is how all these "debunks" work and people are willing to buy it because they're too lazy and stupid to see it. These are the same people of course who will say YOU have no critical thinking skills because you disagree with MSM
It's part of the strategy though. They can shit out articles faster than you can refute them, and even if you refute them all, no one will hear you.

The fact that CNN is switching from the Kush to Melania means either both rumors are false since the Kush is not going to get any traction of any kind in New York and Melania is basically the modern day evil witch for half of these this nation that must be burned. Or the the Kush did try and failed as Trump tweeted his defiance today and Melania is a rumor.

I don't buy Melania telling Trump to concede whereas the Kush is somewhat believable but again the mainstream media hates the Kush at lot as well. And while Biden will support Israel, they will not get the same level of high enthusiastic support as they got under Trump. I wonder if the Kush knows all this shit.
I don't buy either one for the simple fact that CNN is reporting them.

At this point, nobody in the administration close to Trump is going to be "leaking" anything. Neither Jared or Melania are going to tell people that they think Trump should resign. That's a conversation they would have with Trump and literally nobody else in the room.

Either that, or Romney's name was at the top of The List.

Silly little Trumptards.

You really think that your orange leader is going to deliver with his lil' lawsuits? Whatever happened to the Durham Report or Spygate?

NOTHING. NO INDICTMENTS OR NUTHIN'! THEY'VE GOTTEN NOTHING! The Mueller investigation had over 10 indictments and the IRA got expulsed for posting farcical Drumpf ads. Face it, losers. It's all a cope. Rudy "Wankeroonie" Giuliani hasn't delivered yet and won't deliver with this. Why would you expect this time to be any different? Your orange baby retard always cries when something doesn't go his way. COPE.

Can you imagine how fucked we are if the Democrats control all three houses and only need a simple majority to do anything? I bet when they changed the rules on breaking the filibuster from supermajority to simple majority they were thinking ahead to situation exactly like this.
Of course they were. Everything they're planning to do now was planned in 2016. They just didn't expect Trump to win and put a pause to their plans.

Good goddamn. This is getting fucking exhausting. We're going to have to sit through a fucking MONTH of gaslighting by the media.
Look out for hundreds of articles in the next week saying recounts never change anything where they examine the "data" of elections between 2001 and 2020, they'll all mysteriously pick strangely specific windows of history to "prove" recounts dont matter, just neatly cutting out every time they did

Imagine being the lawyer who now has to explain why they didn't comply earlier.

"Your Honour, our niggers couldn't read the instructions."

That's rainbows.

At this point, I have resigned myself to the fact that the MSM will gaslight us for the rest of our lives. It's going to take a MASSIVE shift somewhere to stop it.

It was literally a week ago that they were screaming that Rudy Guiliani and the Russians were trying to interfere in the election again.

Now they're trying to claim that interference is impossible because THEY won. Amazing how that works.

Interesting, so this was where Trump was during election night:

:optimistic: conjecture, but it really makes you think...

At last someone in the GOP gets it, it's the perfect storm of irreversible damage: angry voters abandoning the GOP, personal interests at risk, states flipping blue and political dynasties ending. This is so quintessentially American. And it's beautiful. Bring in the salt!

The conservative justices are Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and now Barret.

Thomas and Alito are fairly reliably conservative.
Gorsuch is the patron saint of Natural law, effectively a very individualistic form of law philosophy extending from the Renaissance era. The short version here, electoral fraud should be anathema to him.
Alito tends to break ranks on a few issues, but is already irked that they flaunted his orders and has shown signs of not liking this. Above all else, he and Barret are originalists, likely to side with Trump here.

Roberts is a shameless weather vein of a man who has the distinction of being the only human without a spine, brain, heart, or gut.
