They've already demanded he step down because of what Biden did to him during his confirmation hearings in the 90s. Thomas is fucking smart. He releases this statement six months ago, BEFORE Biden was nominated as the official candidate, because he KNEW he MIGHT get called to make a ruling on this election. So he debunked the accusation at least six months before his name was ever even brought into this clusterfuck.

So you can't handle the thought of your political views being in the minority? This country mostly rules by majority rule, if you can't handle that then consider why your views aren't popular anymore. Most people aren't going to support policy that only benefits a small portion of the population.
Trump lost in part to losing some of the white vote and his appeal increased among minorities so it's something more than race that's the deciding factor. Sure you can just brush that aside as whites embracing identity politics but Biden took a lot of the boomer vote from him which was a core part of his base. Why was that? Because boomers suddenly became super PC or because there's something wrong with Trump himself.

Yeah, why wouldn't they? They can only gain from pandering to immigrants, both legal and illegal. As white people become a minority, they will win an increasing number of elections with wider margins as minorities vote overwhelmingly Democrat. Most minorities are also in favor of hate speech laws.

As of this morning I haven't found any court cases on any dockets that would overturn the election result in any single state, let alone the entire election. Maybe some shocking case is filed tomorrow, or maybe this is all an attempt to milk donations to cover campaign debts. It's anyone's guess.

Thomas's intellect is routinely underestimated literally because he makes a science of never saying anything, ever. So when he does actually say something you should pay attention because he makes his few words matter. The Democrats derailed their attempt to keep him off the Supreme Court by turning it into a proto-metoo bullshit campaign that ultimately gained him more sympathy than opprobrium. And they never learned from this bullshit and continue to do it and fail to every Republican SCOTUS nominee. It's embarrassing and it needs to stop.
