Out of all the possible solutions suggested in the scenario Trump wins his court case, this feels the most likely to me so far- it allows the SCOTUS to stay mostly blameless/impartial when it comes to the outcome of the election, without ignoring evidence of fraud and delegitimizing themselves. What's the deadline for military absentee ballots anyway, or rather, at what date would we not expect any more of them to come in? I've seen it mentioned numerous times, but the closest I've seen to a deadline mentioned is over the next week.

And yeah, even compared to 2000 this whole situation feels like uncharted territory, but I don't mind speculating either way if it's a reasonable possibility. Less optimistic than people celebrating a supposed president-elect just a few days before his opponent's lawsuits begin, that's for sure.
