At this point, I think it’s all or nothing. Mainly, I think he should bring up how voter disenfranchisement is bad for everyone, no matter the party. For instance, he could talk about of how having only legal votes will legitimize either candidate, as well as help restore faith in the voting process. To make it stick even more, he should cite the Constitution. I also wouldn’t mind if he brought up ways to counteract voter fraud as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if he already had a speech prepared for this and I’m confident he has talked it over with his lawyers. Seeing as how Trump was able to outsmart his opponents multiple times, I think he’s better at strategizing than we give him credit for. Only time will tell though.

If we are going to win in the future, we need to subvert the information molding class. Remember that Google shoulder crying session they had in 2016, where Google declared they wouldn't let this happen again? I don't have the answers, but I know, at least for now, we have enough freedom on the internet that it has to be possible to break containment again.

I feel like the internet will actually be less free if Biden wins, considering one of the goals he and Kamala have is to target online extremism. As far as I know, this online extremism could just accidentally be using the wrong pronouns with someone, which could be seen as a “hate crime”. I’m not sure if it will get that far, but the internet could end up resembling what the UK has with getting arrested for tweets.

The annoying part is, Thomas is such a good judge he's the least likely to let a grudge like that sway his opinion.

Having said that, I hope he finds against Biden on all this garbage and writes the majority opinions for it. Thomas is rarely the main guy to write the opinions, he usually sticks to side concurrences.

If he jumps in and writes it up this time, you know he's making a point.
