In Hunter's papers the 2 people he reported to were "the big guy" and "Corn Pop", so if I had to guess, I'd say Biden's alzheimers inserted the name into the story for him. Yes it can happen. So, for an analogy: you might've dealt before with someone that sees a specific city or being in dreams repeatedly. If you have and have asked yourself why this happens (or had to assure them it's not because of supernatural bollocks) you will have read that since dreams are in oversimplified terms how our brain cleans the temp files in our head, sometimes the brain also goes a bit too far with the scan and shit from your normal memory pops into them at random just 'cause the brain's now looking at that part of the memory, but also sincce it does this via out of control biological processes, this can result in "collages" so to speak where it builds things that don't exist by ducktaping together multiple memories, hence cities or beings that don't exist popping into people's brains, and indeed if the brain for whatever reason keeps scanning a certain area, it can happen with the same nonexistent thing many, many times.
Point is. Dementia is kinda like that. Dementia happens when the memory is affected, this usually just involves forgetting a lot of stuff, but as the brain tries to ductape its past together, it also starts turning everything into a collage of real memories, fantasy tales the person remembers and just random shit it finds, it does that same thing with the nonexistent cities and beings, and makes that the only memory left. I have seen this happen, I have seen dementia patients try to tell tales from their past and tell us a long string of fantastical, sometimes completely nonesensical stories that have clearly come from that same out of control biological mechanism being the only thing left up there. And I have seen them tell these tales to their own family who they couldn't recognize because the family from their dementia memories is completely different. You can't imagine how many tales they told us that would fit straight into fantasy novel. Sometimes I could see fragments of what his brain had just fit into their train of thought because of context from the past, sometimes it just made no sense.
If I had to guess, I'd say he really is Corn Pop himself, and his brain just inserted how Hunter called him into his train of thought, and he couldn't even realize it. I hope this does help to explain why I said so many times that Biden really, really should've never been a candidate. I assure you, I know the symptoms of dementia well. And no one should be made to deal with a high stress environment while dealing with that shit.

Biden's presidency would be objectively terrible, probably the worst thing to happen to america since that asshole WOODROW WILSON got to power (only american president I genuinely despise myself, god he was bad.) and possibly even worse. But let's not put it on the same level as the sheer depth of incompetence and malice behind chinese politics. That shit's above and beyond what mere humans can accomplish.
