If i had to guess, judging by the shitshow already occuring because it's way too blatant, especially if something actually comes from this. Other than that i wouldn't attribute their actions to a cold calculating plan rather than plain ol stupidity, especially with all those diversity hires nowadays. Assuming the voter fraud thing is true, my guess would be that they didn't have enough time. Trump was really ahead on election night and maybe their priority was to get him out of office, so they didn't have time to focus on the smaller races?
