Michigan has an insane amount of fraud but also the largest of the gaps to close, so I’m not sure that one’s likely to flip even with everything that happened with it.

We also have a Democrat Secretary of State (elected), a Democrat Attorney General (elected), but a Republican-controlled legislature (both houses), and a Supreme Court that is currently 4-3 Republican (elected, officially nonpartisan, but judges are nominated by political parties) but will flip to 4-3 Democrat on January 1st, barring a significant change upon ballot investigation.
