It's up to you. Being on BitChute my uploads get dropped down to 360p/480p. Plus it never hurts to have more copies. But if that doesn't matter to you then stopping is up to you.

Best bet is if a stream involves Fuentes / America First then it is likely going to be flagged so everyone should become insects and operate OBS to capture it live.
