Well to be honest it's that but also because no one knows if the lawsuits are going to pass through or just be dismissed. There is also the fact that sometimes there is too much cope ITT that it feels like nothing is going to change like when everyone got hyped over CNN and RCP retracting calls they never made in the first place.

EDIT: Not to mention the naivety of electors going to Trump because of legislature despite the fact that the winning party of each state selects the electors if I remember correctly.
