The company's systems have been implemented in numerous countries,[7][8] but problems have cropped up over the years in some of its solutions and voting systems, including those used in Australia, Ecuador, Norway and Switzerland.[9]

On 11 May 2020, facing debts of over 75 million euro, Scytl initiated bankruptcy proceedings with a view to sell its business to the U.S. investment fund Sandton Capital.[10] On 2 June 2020, a Spanish court declared Scytl bankrupt and started the process of auctioning off its assets.[11]

Is it me or does that sound dodgy as fuck? They sell an e-voting system that has multiple known issues, is owned by VC companies, and 'anonymous Dubai-based investors'. It went from wildly profitable to suddenly going bust and having its assets sold at auction or to investment firms no one has ever heard of. Sounds like just the sort of trustworthy entity you want running your elections.

And if you look at this it seems like the Spanish court stopped Sandton buying it and the auction is to try to recoup some of the money that seems to have disappeared

I am calling it right now. We all know there was fraud but Trump most likely does not have the goods enough to destroy the DNC. So he is bullshiting the whole country like its a game of poker.

And the the state legislatures will activate the nuclear option and send electors to directly vote for Trump.

And what exactly will they do, then? I keep hearing this sentiment, that the courts are simply powerless to help Trump because of the media, but is this actually that accurate? I get the impression that people think the left can do literally anything because of the institutional power they hold, but considering all the shit that's come out in favour of fraud influencing the results of the election, in spite of the left holding the narrative, I do not think that they have an iron grip over all of this. You asked before if MSM can intervene with state legislature too, to which I don't even know how to respond to- they can be listened to, just like anyone can listen to them, but other than that they have no power over legal proceedings, and are also the ones that will gladly kill off the Republicans for good, so if anything I'd expect them to strengthen the GOP's resolve. For the hundredth time, it's good not to set yourself up for disappointment, but don't let pessimism rule over realism, especially if you don't even suggest a realistic course of action that supports your pessimism.

Both issues are pretty much non issues anyways. The DNC establishment, under no circumstances, wants medicare for all. Biden has specifically said he is not for it.
