I don't think this is stingray, just normal wifi wardriving which is 100% legal if they just drove around acting as a wireless access point that had good signal so the phones automatically preferred it over other wifi in the area.
There's nothing illegal about providing free wifi, a lot of stores do it and gain the exact same information. Though it's a grey area if you force people off a network to get them onto yours... So it depends but I doubt that's what they did.
Not sure how they got the info for the social maps unless the antifa retards are using unencrypted apps on their phones or something to communicate.
I'll use this post as a PSA to say if you care at all about privacy and tracking, the very least you can do is turn your wifi off when you're not at home, even if you don't connect to other networks there's plenty to be gleamed from the beacons your phone sends out as it looks for wifi networks.
Very funny thing and I applaud these guys for going that extra mile. We need more people out there using their skills and releasing their findings for those with other skills to sift through. This is that "weaponized autism" people get hooked on as an epic maymay without understanding it's just people doing what they find fun to benefit other anons.
edit: I just realized that antifa people probably avoid their mobile provider for antifa-related comms and their apps may be noisy when sending messages and it may be an "anonymous" ID that can be de-anonymized with enough collection if it isn't blatant to begin with.

The last line is actually saying the NHK is pushing the narrative that Trump is a sore loser, and he finds that incredibly egregious in comparison with everything else he's seeing. I took a look through the replies, and most of them are the Japanese equivalent of "NHK IS FAKE NEWS!" and accusing Japanese media of being pro-China. They generally seem supportive of Trump. Here's a few translated tweets:

I think Flynn might be the choice because he is a loyalist. The FBI investigation at this point is clearly a fraud to the right people so I think they would follow him

Well, it took my Silicon Valley company, who is a federal contractor for several agencies, a whopping 48 hours after Biden’s coronation to start up the critical race theory push against the President’s EO. Hope they are feeling lucky because the reporting hotline is still active. If Orange Man Wins, he may go scorched earth on these contractors.
