I don't know why people bother keeping up with these results, theyre all fraudulent anyway.
Yeah this, if AZ or GA flips Blue and is declared for Biden that just adds it to the recount/audit/lawsuit pile. This shit is going to the courts, as I and others have said before. All this talk about which states are going to flip for Biden is therefore irrelevant.

Again, with Barrett, nothing in her hearing leads me to believe she'll recuse herself, and they went after her kids then too. Most notably she's the appointment that Trump made closest to the election when he knew that mail in ballots might be an issue. She said that she didn't make any promises or guarantees and Trump said at a later point that he never asked her about it, that they just talked about whether she wanted the job. It seems like an intentional act on Trumps part, and something he was likely advised towards, not to be seen to be influencing Barrett so that this wouldn't be an issue. If it's an problem with recusing herself because she has an axe to grind against the democrats, then Thomas would have to recuse himself too. But she also repeated the fact that judges aren't republican or democrat, they're arbitrators of the law, as the reason that they wear black robes. Honestly at this point I'm more certain of Barrett than I am of Kavanaugh or Alito.

I don't necessarily disagree with the rest, but I agree with @There'll be another time 's point that this case is too important to the supremacy of the Supreme Court for most of the judges to think about breaking.
Don't underestimate what someone saying they'll kill your kids can do... Would you really put it past them? To try to force her to recuse?
Yeah I think I'm a bit black pilled about Arizona. It's sad to see
Even if Arizona is lost, there is a paper trail and a ton of scrutiny. The audits would be -interesting-.

If Trump manages to flip PA, regardless of anything else, I think we can call it for Civil War 2. That would be evidence enough for Trumptards that they live in a completely fraudulent system (and they wouldn't be wrong) and will completely reject the legitimacy of Biden even if he manages to win in all other (legally) contested states. The remaining counts don't even really matter anymore.

How likely is Trump to flip AZ?
Well here's a map of their votes.

All the blue areas are the indian reservations and they've always been pretty blue-leaning, and the populations there have supposedly grown. Out of all the states, this one I'm the most skeptical about flipping and I honestly haven't heard anything suspicious from there. I guess we'll know eventually.

Someone I know claims this is somehow revenge from native americans for what Trump did to Elizabeth "Tomahawk" Warren, so he "had it coming". Why would they want revenge for Warren? She's not even a real indian. And what did Trump even do other than point out the obvious? She's the one who wouldn't stop blathering about being a true blue red skin before the DNA test fucked her over.

Doesn't that argument hinge on Barrett recusing herself though? And someone already pointed out in this thread, if Barrett has to recuse herself, so would half of the judges on the court.

So it basically seems like dooming based on Barrett being untested in this role, but nothing from her confirmation hearing has given me any reason to believe she would actually sit this one out.
she participated in the obamacare hearing yesterday. she's not recusing from shit.

If he works for the USPS, he's a federal employee as well. One of those "you can trust us, we work for the same guy" bullshit.

so it's jussey smollet all over again.

Chairman of the Georgia GOP says observers were denied access to vote counting and that vote review panels in at least 8 counties have met without informing the GOP of the time and place of the meetings or even that they are happening. Both are contrary to Georgia law. Exact same garbage as in PA, MI, and WI. Georgia's prospects for a Supreme Court smackdown are significantly higher than I thought yesterday.

Those terms are acceptable if they want to riot over ignoring SCOTUS rulings and commit voter fraud in a heavy nigger invested area. And the niggers don't give two fucks about Biden.

I would gladly see federal troops bashing skulls in California since most of the retardation comes from here.

Yeah, the most suspicious thing is that they're still reporting votes, and that they're doing it in the most asinine way possible, only reporting a few thousand each day. Seriously, how do you explain taking this long compared to every other fucking state (barring NV and AK, latter of which is apparently standard) without sounding suspicious, does anyone know? That alone should be grounds for a recount frankly especially with the slim margin, but recently I've been feeling more confident in the Rust Belt states, I just don't know how to feel about AZ. Hell, AZ is when I first knew something was up, when they stopped counting on Election Day is around when Dems went into panic mode I'd say.

Joe Biden is not more popular than Ronald Reagan and Franklin Roosevelt, sorry. That doesn't make any sense and "Trump hate" doesn't account for it because Trump's support base grew, it didn't shrink.
You're dealing with the "and then everyone clapped" crowd. They don't know how subtlety and restraint are supposed to function within a narrative so they just don't bother with them. They know the people that are going to buy it will buy it regardless, and the people who don't were never going to anyway.

He can do that after a loss before inauguration. In fact it's normal to go on a pardon binge when you're a lame duck.
Trump is going to inundate Joe with pardons and TONS of executive orders if he loses and is lame-ducked.

Hell, it took Trump 3 months before he was signing executive orders on stuff that he said he would combat, like the opioid crisis.

EDIT: To put it another way, Biden said he would re-establish the Affordable Healthcare Act and loosen the restriction on the "Muslim Travel Ban". A quick glance at the list of Trump EO's and....yup...they're within the first 5 out of 194 executive orders signed.

They are stalling for as long as possible.

However, in this case it may backfire, because without credible election results, the state legislature cannot verify it. Which means an automatic nuclear option.
Radical Alex Jones tier take here, maybe they do want it to stall so much so the GOP activates the nuclear option as a way to make it look like a coup. Because they have tried everything else.

How conservative is Georgia's state court?

Got a source for this? I believe it, but it would be nice to have a handy link to refer to.
