Very likely, at least in Pennsylvania. No judge likes to have their orders ignored. This goes triple for the Supreme Court, they'd want to intervene if only to maintain their power.

Yeah, the most suspicious thing is that they're still reporting votes, and that they're doing it in the most asinine way possible, only reporting a few thousand each day. Seriously, how do you explain taking this long compared to every other fucking state (barring NV and AK, latter of which is apparently standard) without sounding suspicious, does anyone know? That alone should be grounds for a recount frankly especially with the slim margin, but recently I've been feeling more confident in the Rust Belt states, I just don't know how to feel about AZ. Hell, AZ is when I first knew something was up, when they stopped counting on Election Day is around when Dems went into panic mode I'd say.
You're dealing with the "and then everyone clapped" crowd. They don't know how subtlety and restraint are supposed to function within a narrative so they just don't bother with them.
