I really don't mind all the lawsuits and recounts as long as people pushing for them are willing to accept their results instead of moving the goalpost to some other epic conspiracy theory the moment they fail to get what they want out of them. Which you seem to be already bitching out of with the whole "as long as they were fair" caveat. And, yes, if Trump ends up winning thanks to recounts or SCOTUS rulings or both then I am more than willing to accept it.

To Kiwis who believe Trump can still win: What odds would you give him? I think it’s over for him, but if I didn’t, I still wouldn’t put it >5%. I also wouldn’t put it >25% this even goes to court in any substantial way.

The problem is less that he doesn’t have a case or couldn’t make one and more that the people around him don’t seem to want to. Some in the GOP are putting up token resistance to placate Trump’s base but it’s all talk, no action.
