It probably wasn't a good idea to push so hard to get elected when a recession is coming, either. Biden will get the blame for it.

I think it is smart to let Biden "win" for now while Democrats fuck each other up. Trump show a feign attempt to overturn election but concedes anyway. By 2024, Trump will consolidate his base into an effect force and take the country by landslide.

GA is possible IF they're doing a manual recount, but PA will probably not throw out all the absentee ballots as their own rules state, because THAT would be something that would be a deeply politicized issue, even though by a textualist interpretation of the law it needs to be done. A lot of our pharmaceuticals materials come from India though. They're probably going to return some infrastructure back to the US like they do with the strategic oil reserve, military industry, and the (very minimal) subsidization of the steel and coal industries in case there's an actual emergency again. I think they just got lax, but there have been serious policy discussions about rebuilding our contingency plans to a pandemic/superbug. Such measures wouldn't be enough to rebuild US manufacturing in any way, so this isn't really a whitepill.
