To play devils advocate, maybe the Biden voters were just apolitical people that got riled up by the media to vote out Orange man and didn't know any other candidates or gave shit about voting for anybody else? It's still a weird discrepancy though, as the gap is so wide it deserves an investigation at the very least.

To play devil's advocate, there could very well be zoomers who want to bring down tyrant drumpf showing up to vote for the first time with no idea what a "congress" is (thanks public schools) and when they get inside think "what the fuck are all these extra names I thought it was Biden vs Trump?" then leave all the downballots blank for fear of invalidating their vote.
