There's just something so authoritative about it. Also even though it looks suspiciously like the KMT flag it's apparently not technically the same. I think both he and Pence have been preparing for this for ages. After Trump was warning of the dangers of mail-in ballots long before anyone else picked up on it. And his SCOTUS picks in retrospect looked absolutely perfectly tuned for Trump vs Biden 2020, so much I don't think they even needed to ask any of them how they'd vote in that. All of them worked for Bush in Bush vs Gore 2000.

Incidentally, the US dodged a major bullet in that case. As shit as Bush was over Iraq and other neocon nonsense[1], Gore would have been much worse. You only have to look at how he's behaved since 2000 to see that.

Only issue I have with the ROC flag is that I hate fucking cantons (that is, flags with a upper right corner rectangle. Yes like the american flag, honestly the american looks ok enough but I'd much rather it had done like texas and just had a blue vertical stripe to the left with the stars on it instead of a weird square in the top. Am I the only one with an irrational hatred for cantons? please tell me I'm not the only one.) so you know it must be pretty good if even with my massive bias I actually like it. (Then again I do think it'd be better if it was a blue square with the white sun in it and a vertical red stripe to one side, probably the right in reference to how the flag is right now. Again... am I the only one that thinks stripes are better than cantons? I really hope not.)

I just thought of something for all you salt miners.
In December, Cyberpunk 2077 is either delayed for the fifth time into 2021 or is released and is absolute ass to play. At the same time Trump manages to squeak by and get a second term.

Different electoral systems in Spain means that small parties like Vox can arise much more easily there. Third party runs do happen in the USA (George Wallace, Ross Perot), but they're rare and almost never successful.

Britain also uses first past the post, so a government led by anyone other than Conservatives or Labour hasn't existed since 1922 when Bonar Law ousted Lloyd George.
