Because I think they're just trying to advertise what the system is actually capable of, not what it's supposed to be used for unless they're a certified EAC system. They are actually are on the list of certified voting systems for the EAC, but only for their Dominion systems. It looks a little odd at first, but they're blatantly stating that the mobile ballot printer is not part of the official EAC system, so you couldn't legally use it to print ballots unless it managed to receive the certification.

I'm not even sure where this ad appears on their website, though. I rooted around for awhile but I got bored.

If you ask me first one's just awful, second one's got too much difference in detail with the small islands plus literally just having your boders on the flag has to be lazyness incarnate but third one's actually pretty OK all things considered, I mean I really don't like the color scheme but I could believe it's some eastern democracy's flag, kinda fits their whole minimalist schtick. So I'd go with the third.
