Perhaps this means "no automatic recounts or audits." Georgia has a similar law to this.

If you are a candidate that is trailing by 0.2%, then you should absolutely still be able to contest the results via a recount.

Out of curiosity does anyone have any numbers from not contested states for comparison? Florida and Ohio would be great as they have a reputation as swing states, but I don't know how to get this information. I think the more that can be shown that these irregularities are in fact irregular, the better

I don't remember the numbers exactly, but in those very specific cities this phenomenon was noticed Biden had something like ten times the national average of president-only ballots. I'm sure someone mentioned it earlier in the thread, but I don't think anyone can be fucked searching through 1800 pages to find it.
